Legal basis of the processing
www.boxsrl.eu processes personal data in the performance of its business activities in order to establish a possible business relationship (and therefore for the execution of pre-contractual measures), as well as to execute contracts to which www.boxsrl.eu is a party, as provided for by art. 6, letter. b), of the GDPR).
The email address provided when you subscribe to the newsletter is used by www.boxsrl.eu on the basis of your consent to the processing of such personal data for the promotional purposes described above, as provided for in Article 6(a) of the GDPR.

Period of retention of personal data

Rights of the data subjects

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, individuals may exercise their right to withdraw their consent (given by selecting the consent flag or through another similar means of confirmation) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal.
